The UP Vanguard congratulates Vgd. Leocadio Sebastian (Class ’83, Los Baños Chapter) on his appointment and oath-taking as Acting President and CEO of the Development Academy of the Philippines.

The UPVI Pasig Chapter planted 10 cherry blossom trees at the DMST, UP Diliman last August 9, 2025. The initiative, led by Pasig Chapter Commander Jass Mercado, aims to serve as a powerful symbol of unity and a call for renewed commitment to the organization.

A testimonial parade and review was recently held to honor PBGen Benjamin "Bing" Sembrano, Director of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Forensics Group, for his more than 33 years of dedicated service to the nation. The ceremony took place on August 2, 2025, at the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) in Camp General Mariano Castañeda, Silang, Cavite.
