The UP Vanguard Inc. (UPVI) Board of Governors, National Committee Heads, and Chapter Commanders gathered at the UP Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) on July 26, 2025 to present their respective plans for the upcoming Vanguard Year 2025-2026.

Committee heads shared detailed plans for major events, including the 104th Homecoming and the National Commander's Cup. Concurrently, Chapter Commanders outlined their strategies for regional events such as Balik Barracks, Am-Among, and UP Dash.

The meeting concluded with a message from the National Commander, who commended the group for their efforts in preparing the year's programs and plans.
