The University of the Philippines Vanguard, Incorporated (UPVI) held its September Birthday Fellowship at the UP Vanguard Complex, featuring a special lecture on the Philippine Government’s National Budget by Cong. Isidro T. Ungab ‘82.

A former Deputy Speaker and past Chairman of both the House Committees on Appropriations and Ways and Means, Cong. Ungab shared his expertise on the national budget process and discussed key issues surrounding the 2025 National Budget and previous fiscal years.

The UPVI extends its gratitude to Vgd. Ungab, the event sponsors, and all brods who attended the fellowship. The organization invites everyone to join the October Birthday Fellowship during the Balik Barracks on October 11, 2025, at UP Los Baños.
