A testimonial parade and review was recently held to honor PBGen Benjamin “Bing” Sembrano, Director of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Forensics Group, for his more than 33 years of dedicated service to the nation. The ceremony took place on August 2, 2025, at the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) in Camp General Mariano Castañeda, Silang, Cavite.

The event was a tribute to Gen. Sembrano's long and distinguished career within the PNP. Prior to his current role, his notable assignments included Deputy Regional Director for Operations (DRDO) and Task Force ABRA Commander of the Police Regional Office (PRO) Cordillera, as well as Executive Officer of the Directorate for Personnel and Records Management (DPRM).

Gen. Sembrano is a member of the Lumawig, UP Vanguard Class of 1992, from UP Baguio.
