The U.P. Vanguard Inc. – Makati Chapter held its latest Luntian at Pula blood donation drive on August 30, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Joemag’s, marking another successful run of the organization’s community service initiative.

Launched in 2023, the Luntian at Pula mission seeks to unite members of the U.P. Vanguard with individuals and partner organizations who share the same commitment to public service and volunteerism.

This year’s drive drew 189 registrants and successfully collected 119 blood bags, contributing significantly to ongoing efforts to support hospitals and patients in need.

The Makati Chapter expressed its heartfelt gratitude to its partners and supporters, including representatives from the PNP, NavResCom, ARMSS, various U.P. Vanguard chapters, and numerous individual volunteers who made the event possible.

The chapter looks forward to its next quarterly blood donation activity, continuing its mission of service to the community.
