As we close the year 2016, allow me to greet all of you Brods a Blessed Christmas and a Prosperous New Year in 2017!
We have all worked hard to try to achieve our goals and targets in 2016. But the Christmas Season is also a time for all of us to pause and reflect on why we are celebrating. Sometimes we forget that in this season of spending, we must not forget He who Saves. He is the reason why we have Christmas.
We will hit the ground running in 2017 with activities that start as early as the first week of 2017. We are scheduled to visit the various chapters. Finally, we are in the homestretch, I believe, in the filing of the bill to restore ROTC.
The organization cannot be successful and we cannot soar the heights we want to go unless we work together and we work embracing the shibboleths we hold as sacred: DUTY…well-performed, HONOR…untarnished, COUNTRY…above self.
A blessed Christmas to all the Brods and a fervent hope that we will all have a prosperous New Year!
